Future Budget as we grow is below, a 5% variation is allowed without vote.
Finance team currently consists of 5 people on two church accounts. This will move to one finance team member from each leadership tier as we move forward as a church.

Our Mission at Rally Point is Straight Forward. It is these 3 things.
- We are going to encourage you in finding your purpose by teaching the “full council” of God’s Word. God has a Great Purpose for You. He knit you in the womb (matrix), He called you to purposes He has ordained for you before He formed our planet, so that you could take part in His Mission of bringing people to Salvation through building them up in all the teaching of Jesus, in and through ,the Church and Baptizing them into Christ. (Matthew 28:19–20, Ephesians 4:12, Psalm 139:13–14, Ephesians 2:10, Ephesians 1:4)
- We are going to be a midsized (300) church who plants churches that plants churches. 20% of our budget will go to church planting in Michigan and Overseas (China, and maybe Iraq-Afghanistan-Iran-Peru) Churches we plant will (a) commit to teaching the full council of God’s Word, (b) give10% back to Rally Point Church Planting. (c) bring the Truth of Scripture into every sphere of their culture. God will send us - bi-vocational entrepreneurs, retired law enforcement, former military, and pastors who work in the marketplace. They will come here, be trained, and then we will send them out. Church planting is rooted in Matthew 28:19–20, Acts 1:8; Acts 14:21–23Titus 1:5; 2 Timothy 2:2.
- We will bring the Word of God into every sphere of society, beginning in the Home, Marriage, Family, Childcare, Education (Schools, Universities, Training), Government (Local, State, Federal), Law & Courts, Military, Law Enforcement, Business & Economics, Finance & Banking, Healthcare & Medicine, Media (News, Journalism, Publishing), Arts (Visual Arts, Music, Film, Theater), Entertainment & Sports, Technology & Innovation, Science & Research, Social Services & Nonprofits, Community Organizations, Labor & Industry, Agriculture & Food Systems, Hospitality & Tourism, Infrastructure & Transportation. Rally Point will send leaders (Elder, Pastor, Judge, Director) into the Michigan State House/Senate to contend for the life of children. Leadership Boards
Elders: Men with grey hair who do three things: 1. Guard the people of the Church from danger. 2. Guard the Doctrine. 3. Pray sick and anoint them with oil. Acts 14:23, Acts 20:17-28, 1 Peter 5:1–3, James 5:14, Hebrews 13:17, Titus 1:5–7
Pastors: Do the work of an elder but they are younger. They will be the spearhead leading Pastoral Ministries. Pastor’s choose elders, like every apprentice chooses a master. Ephesians 4:11, 1 Peter 5:2, 1 Timothy 3:1–7
Judges: Women leading, judging the church with. the Word of God, holding men accountable, managing the church in the way the home is managed, safety, security, nurturing, and sometimes a tent peg.. Titus 2:3–4, Acts 18:26, Acts 21:9, Romans 16:3–5, Colossians 4:15, Romans 16:7, Judges 4:21, Judges 4:9, 1 Corinthians 11:5
Directors: Will be leading ministries within their “spiritual gift” in the church, typically the deacon/deaconess role. Galatians 5:13, 1 Peter 4:10–11, Romans 12:4–8, 1 Corinthians 12:4–11.
Rally Point Partners: If you serve or give in any capacity and agree with our doctrine you will vote with an 80% affirmation of major church decisions. Acts 6:5, Acts 15:22
All major decision in the church, doctrine, property 5% variation of budgets will require a vote of 4/5ths of each “leadership tier”.
